Shipping and Delivery

At Unique Trend Designs our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1) Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed within 4-7working days after the order is placed and payment has been received. Orders are being processed Monday to Friday, 9am to 5 pm. Orders, that are placed during weekend will be processed within 4-7 working days starting on Monday.

During special offer or sales the order processing time can be longer.

2) Shipping time: this refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our workshop to you after the order has been processed. 

• Orders in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia are shipped using Omniva parcel machines and usually take about 2-5 business days. NB!! Due to the Covid-19 restrictions Omniva deliveries can be delayed. 

• International deliveries are carried by Latvijas Pasts and usually take about 10 – 30 business days. Due to Covid-19 restrictions the delivery times may be longer. 

The cost of shipping depends on the country you are based in.
